Q: Are all of your products hand-made?

A: No, not all of our products are hand-made but most of them are: All Amigurumi products are made by hand and the majority of the White Elephant Gifts are made to order. 

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: Our products are located in numerous facilities in North America, the EU, and China and are shipped from the closest facility. Having said that, some items are available in specific warehouses so shipping may take longer.

Q: What if I change my mind after placing the order?

A: We totally understand and that's totally fine. Simply contact us at hello@chopolino.com with your order number and we'll issue a full refund. You will be asked not to accept the delivery should it arrive, allowing it to return to us.

Q: Are your products covered with a warranty?

A: Absolutely! ALL of our products come with a two-year warranty. 

Q: Is there an option to pick-up my order from a physical location?

A: We are located in Richmond Hill, ON, Canada and can arrange a pick up if needed (scheduling needed)

Q: What is your returns policy?
